As one way of fulfilling its call to reach out to the masses with the gospel of Christ, Fountain of victory International ministries is next week set to host a two-day national ladies conference at Kamuzu upper stadium in Blantyre.

Director for the ladies ministry, Priscilla Ziba, said in an interview that the event, which will be held on Friday and Saturday has been organized to transform women from the entire nation and to empower them to live a life of impact.
‘’it’s a moment where women will come together and hear the word which will elevate them to live a life of impact in whatever they do. God has assured us that during these two days, there will be restoration of lives as well as healing and wonders which will live a mark in the lives of women. We are expecting women to come from all over the nation apart from delegates who are coming from Zambia, USA and Phillipines,’’ she said.
Commenting on the theme for the conference which is spirit of dominance, Ziba said they picked the theme in agreement with the season in which the ministry is operating.
‘’We are in the season of overflow where God is empowering us to dominate in every area. Our expectation is that after this conference, women will rise up to be dominant in every sphere like businesses, professions and even ministries. The impact which the word of God will bring to women will remain even after this event,’’ said Ziba.
Fountain of victory ministries was founded in 1996 by Apostle Joseph Ziba and it has branches across the country and in some countries in Africa and overseas.

2014 Easter Fest with Pastor Joseph Ziba themed The Witness of Resurrection

Illumination Assembly Church, founded by Pastor Joseph Ziba who is also the founder of Fountain of Victory International Ministries organised Easter Fest Conference which was held at the Tent of His Meeting at Kudya, Blantyre under the theme “The Witness of Resurrection”.

The conference was held in grand style. The atmosphere was charged, the death and resurrection of Jesus was made afresh and miracles were all over the place. The 2014 Easter fest was a perfect platform to celebrate Easter. No wonder, the event left an indelible mark on many who came to attend. It was packed with every heavenly treasure ranging from the manifested presence of God, the word of truth and the demonstration of God’s power.

Right from the beginning, it was evident that God was on a mission to raise, build and empower witnesses of His resurrection. It all started with a Friday afternoon service where various activities took place before the Man of God stood to minister.

After the performances, Pastor Ziba started ministering by preparing the assembly on what is going to happen during the conference and on how they can benefit fully from what the Lord will be doing. The man of God shared two significant points on how one can benefit fully during conferences like these. The first point he said that there are certain things in God that you don’t wait for them, but rather you hunt for them, you only receive them because you have made them a necessity to you. These are the things that you need to contend for not just fold your hands and say “if the Lord wants, He will do it for me”; Jacob had to wrestle with the Angel till morning to get his blessing. The second point, he pointed out that if you believe in God, you will also believe in the man who carries Him, there are many things that God will not give them directly to you but rather, He will use His men like. That was enough for the day, the Lord invaded the auditorium and miracles were happening everywhere.

Come Saturday afternoon, Pastor Ziba spoke on the basic revelations you need to know when you come to Christ; the Pastor said that the first basic revelation you need to know when you come to Christ is that Jesus died for you, this will position you to benefit alot from what He did on the cross. The phrase “He died for you” simply means that He died on your behalf in other words, He took your place. Isaiah 53 from verse 1 going downwards talks of what Christ did when He went to the cross, the bible says that he carried our griefs (that is our sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses), sorrows and pains of punishment. Knowing that did all these for you, you don’t accept anything less in your life because you know what He did for you. The Man of God said that the next level of revelation you need to know after the first one is that you were together with Jesus Christ when He went to cross, died and resurrected. At this level it is the place where the resurrected life of Jesus is now at work in you. This was enough as the place was filled with the glory of the Lord and His Presence. The Man of God declared that there will be no more torture by the things of darkness even in the subconscious life, things like spiritual husbands and fierce dreams. There were also miracles everywhere to testify the resurrection power available; cancer being flashed out, demons being cast out, tumors disappearing and many miracles

The event reached its climax on Easter Sunday, the day of resurrection when a Holy Communion service was conducted. Armed with a higher revelation of the Holy Communion, Pastor Ziba spoke on what actually happens when you partake the Holy Communion. Reading from 1 Corinthians 10 v 15 – 16, the Pastor explained that the holy communion takes you into the participation or fellowship of the divinity as recorded in verse 16 which says; “The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?”, partaking of the cup is the participation of the blood of Jesus and the bread is the participation of the body of Jesus. The man of God read also John 6 vs 50-57 which tells us that the body of Jesus is food indeed and His blood is drink indeed and anyone who partake this shall live forever, telling us that in the partaking of the Holy Communion, you get the life of God in you and this makes you get swallowed up in Him. With the resurrected life in you, this qualifies you to be a Witness of Resurrection. The pastor said that at the partaking of the Holy Communion every sickness and even demon has to go and what followed was God backing his word. Tumours disappeared instantly, bones which were feeble gained strength, those with HIV had the virus wiped away and barren wombs were restored. A woman who had breast cancer and her breast was swollen up, saw her breast coming to normal and all the pain going instantly after partaking of the Holy Communion.

Various activities spiced up the event like drama, poems, dancing and music performances from Tisa Khomba, Hastings Chinangwa & the Youth Band, Sunday School Choir, Illumination Mass Choir and Illumination Praise Team.

Proverbs 29:18

“where there is no vision people perish”

A vision is not a plan you sit down and make but it is a revelation of the mind of God for you, what God is doing.

A vision will always come to pass because it is what God is doing and what he has in mind for you.

Proverbs 23:18

The word “end” means “Destiny”

*Your expectation determines your destiny and what and how much you can receive from the Lord*

Your expectation matters as far as your destiny is concerned.

Philippians 1:19-20

The word “supply” refers to as a choir master who supplies and provides all what each member of choir needs.

This is the supply that satisfies every area of your life, not only getting a victory in one area and losing it in another area like having a financial breakthrough but your health is poor so all the money goes to hospitals.

*May there be a supply that will satisfy all your need, an all round supply that fills all areas of your life*

But according as the Apostle Paul has put it, the supply comes according to your expectation.

Your expectation speaks on how much and what can you receive from the Lord.

Revelation 3:8

The word “behold” means asking your attention or asking for you to open your eyes.

Before anything happens the Lord lets you sense it. This is so because the things of the spirit can only happen or manifest in the natural world through man’s voice or authorization.

The door is already set but it requires you to see it in the spirit and speak in agreement with it, with what the Lord is doing.

Exodus 29:38

An open door set is different from God opening doors for you. an open door is a continual opportunity.

The children of Israel had to be offering a sacrifice daily that God can be meeting them daily.

Be conscious of the set door that everywhere you are found ask yourself if there is an opportunity or a chance for you.

What is a door?

1.      It is an entrance to another level

When a door opens it takes you to another level, it makes you enter into another life.

2.      An initiation of something

It initiates you into something; a level or a place where you stand and operate from.

When god opens a door like of success, it’s not like you become successful but you become success itself.

3.      The stopping and opening of something

When you move through a door it is that the Lord has just allowed you to stop somethings and open somethings.

4.      The presentation of opportunity.

On 22^nd December, 2013, the Man of God Dad Pastor Joseph Ziba by the Holy Spirit he declared that 2014 there will be Sweatless Victories; the victories that you don’t need to sweat or labour for like what the bible says in Joshua 24:13 that you will live in houses you never built.

The great advantage to us is that the great God is on our side and the bible says in Romans 8:28 that if God is for us nobody can be against us.

*in 2014, Let God be the last voice of your life.*

What does Sweatless Victories means?

It is something happening for which you didn’t think or labour for it.

In the sweatles victories, you rely on the Power of Grace.

John 1:14,16-17

Jesus was a man full of grace, abundant grace (Grace for grace).

Ephesians 2:7

You need to rely on the grace for you to see these victories.

Deuteronomy 11:23

When God sets a door before you, your capacity doesn’t matter.

Grace is not grace if on your own you can do it, if you qualify but when its beyond your capacity.

Doors of your life

1.      Door of a Blessing

2.      Door of your Ministry – People inviting you to minister

3.      A Heavenly Door or a Door of Heaven for you – God intervening in your things and affairs.

4.      A Door of Hope – God can open a door of hope for you; giving you something not that it is the one intended for you or what you have been wanting but that you can still have hope that yours is coming. Also God can make you a door of hope for others that you can be ministering hope to others.

5.      The Door of your desires

Leviticus 26:6

You shall res in the peace of the Father in 2014, where no beast or devil can tamper with you.

Deuteronomy 28:30

When you labour a lot but nothing comes your way it is a curse and we as the blessed ones it is forbidden.

Isaiah 65:17-25

The New Heaven and the New Earth here is not when Jesus will come again but it was talking about after the death of Jesus that is now; Newness of Life or New Creation.

In the New Creation you are forbidden to die young.

In the New Creation you build a house and inhabit it, when you plant a vineyard you eat the fruit of it meaning that anything you do or any labour brings out results.

As long as you are the child of God you don’t labour in vain.

*in 2014 Mark the righteous man, for her future is good (Psalms 37:37). Therefore we must shout with a voice of merry as Nazarites of God and say:

“Future! Wait for me!! I am coming there!!”

2013 HEAVEN IS HERE MZUZU CONFERENCE

The excitement was all over the stadium, the story was everywhere in the city and the mission was accomplished in grand style. Fountain of Victory International Ministries under the stewardship of Pastor Joseph Ziba invaded the northern region, Mzuzu to be specific on Saturday, 28^th September, 2013 and the ministry left an indelible mark through its Heaven Is Here Conference at Mzuzu Stadium.

Everything was just stunning. The Pastor arrived at the Stadium to a warm reception and it was not surprising considering that the expectation was high. Many had just seen him on TV and some just heard about him and there were many who came from far districts like Karonga just to get a glimpse of him and to be touched by the treasure which God has deposited in his life. The stadium was packed with the whole ground crammed full, people of different ages, profiles and status came to the services.

The conference was held only one day; multitudes came to the conference expectant on that God is going to change their situations and times. There were just two services that took place; the morning service which was the Healing and Miracles Service specially dedicated for God to manifest his goodness over the lives of people in healings, deliverances and elevating peoples’ lives.

The Man of God ministered about the people who came to Jesus (Matthew 4:23-24)that they were people who were sick and with torments that is to say with the pains of life but the bible says that Jesus healed them all, the word all means everything excluding nothing telling us that Jesus is able to heal everything. The Man of God also talked of the pool of Bethesda (John 5) he pointed out some points that when the angel came and troubled the water the bible says on verse 4 that “whosoever then first after troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease” in other word it says the first person who entered in the pool just after the troubling of the water by the angel was made whole of any disease he had. The question being why healing the first one only? It tells us that healing is for those who are desperate and hungry for it not for people who come just to see. The other thing he pointed out is that the pool is called Bethesda in Hebrew which means the house of Kindness showing us that it was the place of the manifestation of the kindness and goodness of God. The Man of God said that they went to Mzuzu to manifest and for the people in Mzuzu and northern region to experience the goodness and kindness of God. Then the Man of God offered a general prayer in front and just after the prayer was offered multitudes that were sick, walking on wheel chairs, walking using crutches stood up and went to front to give their testimonies of what the Lord has done to them, people were being delivered in the group just by that prayer, you could see people literally vomiting stuff, people with stroke for some years walked for the first time, a man with leprosy who could not feel if something touches his feet was cleansed and for the first time he felt the hotness of sun with his feet, cancer was flashed out, deaf ears were opened. The Lord really manifested his kindness and goodness in Mzuzu Stadium. Multitudes were fighting not to be prayed for but to give their testimonies, there was a young girl who developed piles and when she went to the hospital they operated her and after the operation it went worse to the extent that she was just defecating and urinating without control, she can be somewhere seated the next thing she finds that she is wet or she has defecated without her noticing how it happened and she couldn’t associate with people because she was smelling always but you don’t go to the house of the kindness and goodness of the Lord and go back the same, when the prayer was offered she found out that all the pain is gone and the Lord took her shame away and gave her a new name, when she was testifying people were just crying seeing the painful and shameful moment the sister has passed through even her friends came in front crying testifying the moments she has been in. there were lots of testimonies to give talking of people who were delivered for satanism, goiters and tumors disappearing. The man of God closed the meeting upon seeing that the time was gone and there was a need to have the second and last service.

The second service started after the lunch break, there was such a readiness in people because of what happened in the morning and also that the Man of God promised in the morning that he will teach about the Freedom that we have as sons of God. when he stood in front he stressed the point that the biggest mistake you can make is to give up on God, he said that there are some who were in the morning service and they feel that nothing has happened to them and they have given up and concluding that God cannot heal them, he said that Jesus prayed for the blind person and he asked him what he sees and the man said that he is saying people as trees and Jesus prayed again over the person, had it been that the man gave up the first time he wouldn’t have received his miracle.

The Man of God read on Galatians 1:4 where it says that Jesus came to deliver us from the present evil world and he also read on Revelations 1:18 where Jesus told John that he is alive and he holds the keys of hell and death which tells us that Jesus is still alive he is not dead, and he is not just alive but he also went to hell and took the keys of the hell from the devil showing us how powerless the devil is that is why in Galatians 1:4 it says that he came to deliver us from the present evil world that is to give us the freedom. The Man of God then gave an opportunity to those who haven’t received Jesus as their personal Lord and saviour to receive him and multitudes almost everybody came in front and the Man of God lead the people to Christ and he then called for anyone who had any sickness who wanted to be prayed for and seeing the multitude that came in front was just many. The Man of God prayed for all of them and he closed the service with praying for the people because they were just too much.

Everybody went back home with full of joy and a song of celebration and victory was on the mouth of everyone. People who had tumors and goiters witnessed their tumors disappearing, those who came on wheel chair went walking, and those who came bound went delivered. In simple words we can say that Pastor Joseph Ziba and Fountain of Victory International Ministry went to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord to the Northern region.

To God be the Glory for what he did in Mzuzu and the whole Northern Region!!
